Is your equipment safe? 

We only hire out quality equipment that has been checked and we would be happy using with our own babies.  Carseat covers are removed and washed between hires and straps wiped down.

As our equipment is hired multiple times it is well manufactured and durable to fit the purpose. 

When it is no longer fit for purpose we recycle it responsibly – see our eco promise.

What if I need something that isn’t on your website? 

Flick me a message. Often we have items that have not yet been loaded onto the website that are available.

What is the delivery cost?

You can collect equipment from us direct in Wallacetown (just out of Invercargill on your way to Riverton or Te Anau), or we provide a delivery and collection service – see our delivery/collection costs.

How do I book equipment? 

Complete our online form here or email us minimerentalsnz@gmail.com -   we endeavour to respond to you within 12 hours. We know you require prompt replies when planning a trip with children.

How do I pay for my booking?

Bank Transfer
This is our preferred method of payment, payments can be made directly to our NZ bank account – bank account details will be included on your hire invoice. 

Please remember to include your invoice number when making payment.

Please note payment must be cleared prior to the start of your hire agreement. 

What is your cancellation policy?

We understand last minute things come up and plans change.  Please contact us asap to discuss.

  • Cancellation more than 7 days prior to delivery – 100% refund
  • Cancellation 7-3 days prior to delivery – 50% refund
  • Cancellation less than 3 days prior to delivery – 0% refund

Do I have to pay a bond/deposit?

Yes, a bond is charged with every order – click here for more information.

Do I need to sign the hire agreement? 

Yes, this needs to be sighted and signed along with the hire payment before collecting the equipment.

Can I extend the hire period? 

Message me asap and we will confirm if this is possible.

How do I work/set up the equipment?

We will always offer a demonstration on how to work/install equipment. If your equipment is couriered to you access to online tutorials can be provided.

We do not install the carseats - they are given to you to install.
